Behind the Lens
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to creating.
What started as picking up a camera eventually grew into a passion for photography, videography, and design. During my time at Penn State Behrend, I discovered that creative media wasn’t just something I enjoyed—it was something I wanted to pursue wholeheartedly. That realization led me to change directions academically and build a career around creating meaningful visual content.
Photography is where it all began, and it’s still at the heart of what I do today.
I love preserving moments that matter, whether it’s celebrating a graduation, documenting an event, capturing the personality of a beloved pet, or simply creating images that people will look back on years from now. Along the way, my interest in photography naturally expanded into videography and graphic design, giving me additional ways to help people and organizations communicate their stories.
My Christian faith is an important part of who I am and influences the way I approach my work. I believe every person is created with purpose and every story has eternal value. Because of that, I strive to create work that is thoughtful, genuine, and meaningful—not just visually appealing.
When I’m not behind a camera, you’ll usually find me creating content, designing graphics, serving in ministry, spending time with family and friends, or working on my next creative project.
This website showcases the photography side of my work, but it isn’t the whole story. If you’d like to see more of my background, creative projects, videography work, and design portfolio, you can visit my professional portfolio website.
